Just finished putting the bike together and adjusting things after a couple test runs. Here's what I think so far:For the price (around $200), it's a good looking bike and seems like a solid deal. Up close you won't mistake this for a $500+ ride, but it went together fairly smoothly, shifts well and it rides comfortably. Much of the work has been done, main assembly and brakes are the primary tasks. Even the kickstand was already attached. Make sure you have a decent set of hex wrenches though, preferably metric.A small issue is that the instructions don't completely match the bike. Most of the differences are intuitive and minor, especially if you are familiar with putting together bicycles. This maybe cost me 10 minutes and a little brainpower.One thing people complain about frequently in bicycle reviews is the packing for shipping. This is something that had worried me too. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bicycle was pretty secure within the box, which would limit the chance of bent rims or other problems. I had no "out of the box" issues. You can't account for handling, but I thought the way they shipped this bike was entirely reasonable.

I've been riding this bike daily for a month now, I am still impressed with the bike for this price. I'm 6'3" 210 lbs., and am very comfortable riding. bike was delivered undamaged, i put it together with no problems, i am pretty handy, but it still was an easy assm.), made a few minor adjustments, and have not had a problem since. bike is very smooth, and quiet, easy to ride. this is not a $500.00 bike, but for the money, worth every penny.

These bikes suck.I bought the mens' and ladies' version of this bike for me and my girlfriend.It was time consuming to put together and they didn't include the hex key. The instructions were generic and there were no images of correct installation. The brakes were also difficult to adjustOnce together they seemed ok. But on the first ride it was apparent that we couldn't change the ratio gear to the largest gear wheel. The deraileurs seemed to be not set right. Indeed on the women's bike the deraileur was set too low...lower than the gear wheel...so it could never change to the large gear as it was bumping into the gear teeth, rather than sitting over the gear as it should.I decided to fix the deraileur on my bike myself, which was frustrating and a waste of a couple of hours on a saturday.THEN on the 3rd time I rode the bike....the pedal stripped, broke and fell of the bike...much to the amusement of bystanders.The bikes are cheap, made of cheap materials and generally crappy.Buy another one!
