I actually received a damaged bike but did not notice till I started assembly.Anyway I believe this damage/defects was totally due to poor quality control by the manufacturer Kent. Front fork was frozen would not turn, right pedal was not even threaded, rear fender was tweaked, or bent by packing, left side down tube had most of lettering scratched off due again to way the front tire was packed against frame in box, and frame also had many scratches.Amazon is shipping me another... damaged received on Friday, UPS picks it up on Monday, and replacement delivery on Tuesday where else do you get service like that Amazon is the best !!I will post a follow up review of the replacement bike.*** UPDATE : replacement arrived Tuesday inspected, and assembled bike it is an awesome looking cruiser with an even better paint job, and very comfortable... I am 6'3" 280lbs handles me no problems. Had an issue with the handlebar having road rash on it and some nasty scratches from who knows where.Contacted Amazon, and they came through again gave me credit toward new apes.Like I said well made cruiser, and custom looking paint job. I give the bike, and Amazon 5 stars... but 4 star review only due to Kent's poor quality control.
