I removed the bike from the box, assembled it and Voila! Epic fail front rim bent right after grueling 8 foot ride in a circle. . . HMMM? So I take it to local bike shop (name withheld to protect the innocent) and they attempt to true the rim, thin sidewall rim taco'd on the truing fixture. They managed to straighten it mostly but it's toast, won't hold due to the flimsy construction. It's a crying shame too, the bike looks amazing the seat is quality the overall finish seems great but I'm out nearly $200 and I can't even ride it yet. Long and short, save some extra and get a higher end bike or plan to remove/replace rims right off the bat. Brake rotor on front is not standard bolt pattern.

Although I rated this bike 5 stars, I feel obligated to mention that it arrived in poor condition. Amazon asks that shipping reviews be submitted through a different feedback system, buy I feel that it should be addressed within the overall review being that it is something that I considered carefully before making my purchase (shipping such a large item). Overall, to include the condition in which it arrived, I would give this product a rating of 3 stars due to the fact that the box arrived severly managled and the rear gear shifft mount was bent to the point that it would not shift properly. I was able to bend the shifter mount back to its correct position, but I feel like it should have been better protected/handled during shipping. Aside from that, I would recommend this bike for anyone looking to start riding again.
